2022 - Le Saltre Rosé

This exceptional rosé is made from the Malbec grape, the pride of Cahors. Through fermentation at cool temperatures, you can find subtle yet sublime aromas of peach, red fruit, a hint of grapefruit, and caramel on the nose. It is a refined, elegant rosé with a pleasant, distinctive profile. Le Saltre Rosé is perfect as an aperitif, for a summer day, or as an accompaniment to a seafood platter. This rosé won the Gold Medal IGP Vallée du Lot in 2023.
