Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. Please note that this may take some time.
How will my order be shipped?
After receipt of payment, the ordered product will be shipped using the service of one of the aforementioned carriers, depending on your location.
We pack your order in a sturdy shipping box. These boxes usually do not fit through your letterbox, so someone has to receive your order. The sturdy box ensures that your product is well protected during transport to your address. In this way we can guarantee the quality of our products.
Will I receive a Track & Trace link?
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email, which you can use to check the location of your package on the parcel service's website.
Will my order be shipped insured?
Yes, all our packages are shipped insured with a track and trace code. Our carriers are responsible for a good delivery to the address you specified. We have made clear agreements about this to relieve you of your worries.
What if I have entered an incorrect address?
You are responsible for the data you enter, but something can always go wrong, we will do our best to help you.
If you have entered an incorrect address, or if part of the address entered is incorrect, please contact us immediately via the contact form or via info@chateaucampdelsaltre.nl we will then contact the carrier immediately to change the address.
Please note that it is not always possible to change the address to another address if, for example, the delivery person is already on his way.
